Meaghan
Welcome! As the receptionist in our office, I am often the first person to greet patients and families as they walk through our doors. I consider it my job and privilege to make sure everyone who visits us feels completely comfortable and at ease. When I’m not in the office, I love to read and do yardwork. I have been married for 23 years, and have a son and daughter in college. We also have a Cocker Spaniel named Max and a French Bull Dog named Rudy.

Hello, I am the new patient coordinator. My duties include introducing new patients to our wonderful practice! Our new patients are often nervous about treatment, and it’s my job to answer their questions and help them feel good about the treatment they are to receive. After all, new patients are one step closer to a beautiful, healthy smile! At home, I have a husband, three kids and one dog to give my love to. My family and I are involved with the American Legion and the Epilepsy Foundation.

Welcome! I work as an orthodontic technician in our practice. I love my job because I get to help people achieve the smile of their dreams while also getting to know them as people! Our office is a lot of fun, and a really relaxing place. We always try to get to know our patients in order to put them at ease. Our patients love coming in our office, and we always enjoy catching up with them during appointments! At home, my husband and I have a son and a daughter and a cat named Spazz.

I am from Puerto Rico, and spent 21 years of my life on that beautiful island. I work for Dr. Frank as the head orthodontic technician and love what I do! I get to help the doctor create beautiful, healthy smiles that last a lifetime. Meeting the patients is great, and I learn something new from them every day. I am married with five beautiful children. We also have an English Bulldog named Lexy. I love going to the gym, and during the summer months my husband and I ride our jet ski.

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! I am the office manager in our wonderful practice. My job is to make the flow of our office as smooth as glass for the patients. I enjoy helping people, and love chatting with the families of patients as they wait during an appointment. I want everyone who comes in our doors to feel welcomed and special. I am married with three children, all of whom are in college. We also have one unwelcome snake living in our basement who I now refer to as our pet, although I am petrified of snakes!

I am our sterilization technician, so I am responsible for making sure all the equipment and tools in our office are held to the highest sterilization standards. I enjoy working with such a wonderful team because everyone in our office truly cares about giving our patients beautiful smiles. At home, I have two children and two Beagles named Jake and Shalom. I love spending time with my family, but when I have a free moment, I enjoy crafting and quilting.

Welcome! I work as an Financial Coordinator in our practice. Outside of work, my hobbies are photography and scrapbooking. I enjoy watching football and ice hockey. My family includes, one son and one daughter. Also, one dog whom enjoys taking walks and long car rides.
Shiela
As one of Dr. Frank’s orthodontic assistants, I can be found working alongside him during our patients’ adjustments and when they’re getting their braces on and off. I have worked in the orthodontic field for 12 years and appreciate the amazing difference a great smile can make in a person’s life. My hobbies include gardening, going to amusement parks, and going to hockey, football, and baseball games. I also have two adorable cats named Charlie and Marble.
Virginia
As a registered dental assistant, I help to make sure our patients’ orthodontic experience is as pleasant as possible by helping them understand how to best care for their braces and appliances. It’s amazing to see our patients’ confidence and self-esteem increase as their smiles improve. I come from a large and close family of 11 brothers and sisters. I have a lovely daughter of my own, and I enjoy all the time we get to spend together. I also like going to sporting events.
